今最も注目される松山智一や平子雄一など、国内外のアーティストと共に独自性の高い企画を展開する現代アートギャラリー。国内外の美術機関やコレクターなど、アートのエコシステムを構成する各コンポーネントと連動し積極的にアーティストの活動を支援しつつ、既存の枠組みを超えた試みやプロジェクトを共に推進している。天王洲は2018年に、六本木はコロナ禍の2021年にオープン。KOTARO NUKAGAはアーティストが世界に向けて発信できるプラットフォームを提供する。

On the occasion of Art Collaboration Kyoto 2023, Almine Rech will present a selection of artists who push the boundaries of art through unique explorations of painting, sculpture, and interdisciplinary practices. In collaboration with Kotaro Nukaga on the fair booth, Almine Rech will feature artists that embody new currents in the art world as masters of visual language; their works draw inspiration from an array of sources to create a captivating assemblage of gestures, symbols, and materials.

Among those showcased are Oliver Beer, Alexandre Lenoir, Paul de Flers, Ryoji Ikeda and Ha Chong Hyun among others. The selected artists represent a dynamic cross-section of contemporary art, ranging from established figures to mid-career talents and emerging voices. Aiming to highlight mostly recent works by the participating artists, Almine Rech will exhibit a selection that offers a comprehensive glimpse into their evolving artistic practice.
