Special Experiences: A tour of the Kyoto cityscape in a classic Mercedes Benz and Kyoto cuisine in a villa famous for its garden, which is not usually open to the public.

This is a special course that includes driving around Kyoto in a classic Mercedes Benz, seeing the sights of Kyoto from the car window, and enjoying lunch while admiring the luxurious buildings and gardens at “Tairyu-Sanso Garden”, one of the 6,000 square meters of villas in Kyoto, located in the Nanzenji area, that are not usually open to the public. At Tairyu-Sanso Garden, the director guides you through the elegant Sukiya-zukuri style building and its works of art, while the gardener explains the garden created by Jihei Ogawa, a famous master gardener of the modern era. Along with these buildings and gardens, visitors will enjoy a lunch of refined Kyoto cuisine at a long-established ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant).

The ACK Executive Committee Office offers a variety of special excursions to the valued guests of the Art Collaboration Kyoto to enjoy the unique cultural tourism in Kyoto by cooperation with Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto Convention & Visitors Bureau and other parties. Please join us!
