Diamonds Are Forever

First held in December 1989, this was the first drag queen party organized by Japanese in Japan,Organized by DJ LaLa and Simone Fukayuki. A gorgeous avant-garde show by drag queens to match the theme of the day and dance music by DJs [from the latest House and Circuit, 70’s disco soul, 80’s new wave to contemporary music] captivates all viewers.
Currently, at CLUB METRO at Jingu Marutachi, Kyoto, they hold an eccentric and strange party at the end of every month.
October 2023 marks the 435th time the event has been held.
