Art Collaboration Kyoto Executive Committee (hereinafter “Site Operator”) collects user information to the extent required for running the services (such as newsletter, event, and volunteer registration, art work inquiries) provided on the Art Collaboration Kyoto website http://www.a-c-k.jp/ (hereinafter “Website”).
